Park Facilities

City parks are open by ordinance from 5:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. Responsible drinking is permitted in most parks in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 125 (alcoholic beverages are prohibited in Veteran's Memorial Park). Park disturbances or the possibility of underage drinking will be addressed by the Superior Police Department. Pavilions are available for reservation beginning January 2 (or the first working day thereafter) of each year on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees are nonrefundable and are as follows: $50 for all facilities in Billings Park as well as Barker's Island. Smaller pavilions are $25. Electricity if available is an extra $5. These prices apply to City of Superior residents/groups/businesses. Fees are double for non-residents. If you would like to reserve a pavilion/park, click on the park you are interested in and you will be able to view the calendar and see all reservations to check to see if the date you would like is available. Bear Creek Park has a pavilion available for reservation.  The fee is $25 for city residents and if electricity is needed, $5 is added.  Fees are double for non-residents.
Please note that there is a ball field at Bear Creek Park that is often reserved for league play.
