Obtaining Copies of Codes
Local zoning codes are available for viewing in the Building Inspection office, and at the
Municode website, just type "Zoning" in the Search engine.
The City of Superior adopts the following State codes, which may be found online
at the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services website..
State Commercial Building Code: SPS 361-366
State Uniform Dwelling Code: SPS 320-325
State Plumbing Code: SPS 381-385
State Electrical Code: SPS 316
In addition, the State Electrical Code adopts the National Electrical Code, available from:
