Housing Programs
Various programs are available to the residents of Superior offering assistance for a variety of housing issues. Below is a list of agencies, including contact information, with a brief description of the program administered by that entity. Clients must meet income, eligibility and affordability guidelines to qualify. The guidelines vary from program to program and change on a yearly basis. Please contact the program administrator for complete details and qualifications.
Down Payment Assistance
Provides down payment and closing cost assistance in the form a 0% interest deferred payment mortgage loan on an existing single-family dwelling to be occupied by the owner.

Single-Family Rehabilitation
Financing provided in the form of up to a 30-year deferred mortgage loan for repairs on owner-occupied single-family dwellings. Repairs may include code violations, health and safety issues, housing quality standards and accessibility improvements.

Fair Housing Issues
Evaluate and provide counseling and assistance regarding client concerns with respect to local, state and federal regulations. Provide assistance with filing fair housing complaints on either or both state and federal levels.
