Our mission is to fulfill the human resource requirements of the City of Superior with vision, integrity, and the highest standards of professional performance to our current employees, prospective employees, and retirees. We accomplish this mission by serving as human resource consultants to city departments; by acting as policy advisers on city human resource issues; by insuring consistency with city, state, and federal requirements in all human resource matters and by processing required actions in a timely and accurate manner. The Human Resources Department also provides staff support to the Human Resources Committee, Police and Fire Commission, and Civil Service Commission.
