2022 Elections
The City Clerk administers all elections held in the City of Superior. The Clerk's office provides ballots for residents, military, overseas, nursing homes, and absentee voting, in accordance with Federal and State mandates.
Per the Wisconsin Department of Administration, the January 1, 2022 final population estimate for the City of Superior in Douglas County is 26,943; approximately 21,795 of the estimated population for the City of Superior in Douglas County are of voting age.

February 15 - Spring Primary Election
In-person absentee voting will be available in Suite 200 of the Superior Government Center. Date and hours follow:
- Tuesday, February 1-10, 2022 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday, February 11, 2022, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Election Update:
The deadline to have your name on the April 2022 ballot has passed.
If you would like register as a write-in candidate (to have your write-in votes counted), you must file your Campaign Registration Statement (CF-1) with the City Clerk's Office prior to collecting or spending any money on the campaign, no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on April 1, 2022.

Request your ballots online.Please note that you can also register to vote online (or update your correct name and/or address) until March 16 at www.myvote.wi.gov. After that, during the late-registration period (March 17-April 1), registration updates must be done in the City Clerk's Office or at your poll site on Election Day.
