Our mission is to fulfill the human resource requirements of the City of Superior with vision, integrity, and the highest standards of professional performance.  We accomplish this mission by serving as human resource consultants to city departments and program managers; by acting as policy advisers on city human resource issues; by insuring consistency with city, state, and federal requirements in all human resource matters and by processing required actions in a timely and accurate manner.
