1. When should I call 9-1-1?: Anytime you need assistance from an officer, 9-1-1 should be called. The Communications Center will take your information and have an officer contact you by telephone or in person.

2. What should I do if I have a non-emergency?: You can call our reception desk Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. After hours, dial 911 and tell the dispatcher it is not an emergency.

3. How do I obtain a police report?: A police report can be obtained in person by stopping into our Records Bureau. A report can also be requested by mail, but there may be a fee for the report. For more information, contact our Records Bureau at 715-395-7498 or 715-395-7575.

6. How do I pay a parking ticket?: You may pay a parking ticket by going to superior.rmcpay.com or you can mail a check or money order to the address listed on the citation.
