The Assessor’s office values and classifies properties in the City of Superior for its residents, businesses and taxpayers.  Our staff is committed to providing an equal and fair assessment of all properties in Superior. We do it in a courteous, respectful and professional manner for owners of properties.  We are here to help you with any value and classification questions you may have.  Call us with your questions and we will do our best to help you.

We are to comply with Wisconsin State Statutes in establishing equal and fair assessment of all values.  We are here to maintain current and accurate property records for all properties assessed by our office.  We will offer professional assistance and guidance to taxpayers, local and public officials.

Open Book and Board of Review Dates

The 2022 Board of Review will be June 7, 2022 at 1PM.  The meeting will be held at the Government Center, 1316 N 14th Street, Room 201.


The Open Book hearings will be held May 19 to June 2, 2022 during normal business hours by appointment only.  Property owners may make an appointment for review of their property or classification by calling the City Assessor’s Office at (715)395-7222.


We are also willing to informally discuss your property prior to the Open Book hearings if we are available.  Call our office and we can discuss your property value and/or classification.
